Working closely with clients, architects, consultants and construction partners, Steve oversees the planning and coordination of each project, ensuring every stage progresses smoothly while maintaining the high standards upon which Designer Villas in Spain has built its reputation.

With more than 24 years of experience across four Spanish Costas, Malvin specialises in identifying exceptional development opportunities for international buyers and investors.
His role begins long before construction starts—sourcing outstanding plots, evaluating planning potential, advising on design and layout, coordinating with architects and consultants, and helping ensure every project is positioned for maximum long-term value.
