When we launched Designer Villas in Spain, the name did exactly what it needed to do.
It reflected our focus on designing and building exceptional villas along the Spanish coast, and over the years we've been proud to create some truly remarkable homes for our clients.
That hasn't changed.
Designing and building private villas remains an important part of what we do and always will.
What has changed is the scale and variety of the projects we're now involved in.
Alongside luxury private homes, we're increasingly working on boutique hotels, larger residential developments, development partnerships and property investment opportunities. Our role often begins much earlier in the process and extends well beyond construction, allowing us to deliver complete property solutions from concept through to completion.
This evolution wasn't the result of a sudden change in direction. It happened naturally as our experience grew, our clients' ambitions expanded, and the opportunities became more diverse.
Eventually, we realised that while Designer Villas in Spain still represented an important part of our business, it no longer reflected everything we had become.
Cocasa Property represents the next chapter of our business.
It provides a home for everything we do—from bespoke luxury villas to boutique hospitality projects, residential developments and strategic property partnerships—all under one brand.
For our existing clients, very little changes.
You'll still work with the same experienced team, receive the same personal service, and benefit from the same commitment to quality that has always defined our business.
We've also taken this opportunity to completely rethink our website rather than simply replacing the logo.
The new site better reflects who we are today and where we're heading in the future.
